Have a Call Pilot 100 attached to a Nortel. Am using 3 digit extensions. The first one the supplier send didn't work so they sent me another. I can not configure it. They sent it to me pre-configured (for two digit extensions) I guess so they knew it worked since the first one didn't. Have tried to log on through my network and I can see the Call Pilot. Can ping it but get no other response. The IP address is correct. Any ideas?

Have tried...won't take the Config password. That was my first thought too. Any other ideas?

go into the f983 and press 1 then password

now the config password will work

only way to change the digits is to reinstall
