Is there a way to find out the CallPilot ip without using hyperterminal? I recently took over servicing a system with a callpilot 2.0, and the ip address has been changed with no documentation left of it. I am trying to log in via hyperterminal, but I get nothing. Any suggestions?

No

Try this:

·Connect one end of Straight Through DB9 serial cable to laptop, connect DB25 to com port on Startalk Flash.
·On laptop add new HyperTerminal connection (start > accessories > Communications >HyperTerminal)
·Choose “direct to com” and Settings:1200 baud, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit , no parity.

Then reboot the CP and watch the action.
