Customer has MICS 7.0 and Call Pilot 3.0. Set up CCR with a couple of options to transfer to a Hunt Group. Tried to assign different ring pattern. When dialing internally to the Hunt Group, it does ring with assigned ring pattern, BUT on transfer from the CCR Tree, it uses the default ring pattern, and the customer cannot distinguish what type of call is ringing in. Is this right, or is their a way for transferred calls to be distinguished (other than their ring cadence)?
Also, I discovered when assigning a different ring pattern to a Hunt Group, it takes that ring pattern away from users as an option they can choose for their phone.
