Call Pilot 100 Frozen

Ok, started work at a customer's site, noticed that the 2 ports where fast wink with the "inactive feature" on vm access and vm box access.
Rebooted, now both ports are solid, no ethernet connection and still showing the "inactive feature"
Any idea on what the next step is?

check power block is it the 9 volt or the 8 volt
