Call Pilot 100 Firmware A8 Upgrade

I'm having a DTMF problem on a Call Pilot 100. When callers go through the AA, sometimes the Call Pilot routes them to the wrong extension or exits the system. I made 15 test calls and had the system route me to the wrong extension 2 times.

I think I need to update the firmware, but unsure where to get the download. Nortel's site is password protected. I'm looking for the A8 upgrade.

If anyone can point me in the direction of the download and install instructions, I'd appreciate it.

Nortel is where to get the file, call an authorized vendor to have this done for you.
Note that it is no guarantee it will work because I have same issue with 2.1 and the A8 did not work so the customer states.
If they keep complaining we are recommending upgrade to 3.1.
