Does anyone have the part number of the faulty power supply for Call Pilot? I can't find the bulletin on Nortel's website.

Thank you!

These need to be replaced often. The part number I order from my supplier is HCP PS. (call pilot power supply).

We all need a little help once in awhile. Tony the Phoneman..

The actual Part Number from Nortel should be NTRH9069 I hope this helps.

if it uses the 3 prong power supply (in USA) that is the bad one

Due to more than a dozen power supplies going bad on the callpilots that I have installed (most of them completely melted), I have replaced all of mine with the power supplies that come with ATA's and FastRads.
I have had no trouble with them.

ATA's and FastRads use two completely different power supplies with completely different outputs and adapters so I certainly wouldn't recommend anything but a ps with the correct output on a system as "mission critical" as a Call Pilot.

The RAD power supply would probably work as it is the same voltage (9vdc), but it doesn't output as much current as the Call Pilot power supply so it will burn out in short order.

The ATA power supply won't physically fit the Call Pilot and it is 24v.
