Call Pilot 100 f983 cannot login

weird one
CallPilot 100 users cannot login to get vmails, all say wrong password. i tried to reset password on user using f983 but when i enter a password it closes. i reset admin password with f985 but it still won't login. i powered down the call pilot and cleared all code using xftest, after power up all problems still exist. Any help would be appreciated.

If your codes work then there is no need to use XFTEST.

Your issue is just passwords for all except F985.

-Did you try the web browser to verify it has the same issues?
-Power Down, eject the software, put it back in so it's nice and tight then power up.

Sounds like we are missing some info here, such as somebody messing with the programming or the software (or both) on the either the Callpilot or the KSU.

Give me an example of somebody's ext #, or what is the DN length?
