As soon as we upgraded to Outlook 2013 our Voice Mail to Email service using the Call Pilot 100 Desktop Messaging stopped working. Does anyone have any idea how to fox this? This is really stopped us dead in our tracks we can't get our messages sent to our laptops and cell phones.

Not supported, change to a BCM if you can buy one.
