Call pilot 100 CICS AA and messages garbled

We have a CICS with 7.0 Software, Been in service for about 4 years.

The Call pilot 100 has also been in service for about 4 years.

Recently we had a severe power outage that coincided with the voice quality of the auto attendant and the recorded messeges being extremely slow. Also when this happens we loose the ability to transfer out of AA.

The only other change that has been made was the addition of a 8 stn expansion card to the CICS.

Upon system restart everything seems normal and works fine for about 15 -18 hours. Then the same problem returns. I am out of ideas. Any help would be appriciated.

Forgot to mention, We replaced the CP100 already and problem still persists.
 
I am set to go there tomorrow, I will update with the results.

Take a new 8 volt power supply with you. There were lots of issues with the 9 volts.
