Call Pilot 100 CCR Tree Intermittent Invalid Extension

Hello -

I have a Call Pilot 100 using a CCR Tree. When you call in and press 1, 2, 3 etc., it works most of the time just fine, but sometimes it says "you have pressed an invalid extension" and drops you back into the CCR tree greeting. If you chose the exact same number, it will go through the next time without incident.

I've tried rebuilding the CCR tree in hopes that it was some sort of corruption, but it is still doing the same thing. Is this something anyone has experience with? Perhaps a patch is out there in a new software version or is it a setting I've missed?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What's the release of the CP 100? If it's R2.1 or lower I'd recommend upgrading to R3.1. Some of the lower releases were buggy.
