Ext 7004 used to have a vm box. One of the cards on the MICS was replaced. Not sure if it was a Trunk card or DID card. Now this ext has no vm. Call Pilot says there is no mailbox, but when I try to add it I can't change it to subscriber. It only lets me select Information. What am I doing wrong? TIA!

Call Pilot 100 can't add new subscriber mailbox

Best to hookup a laptop and use the browser to see mailbox count and delete any unused ones, or on he phone use the MBOX/DEL feature then the DIR and cycle through.
