Call Pilot 100/Call Center message prompt

I have a CICS and a Call Pilot 100 installed with a Call Center on it. Last year this issue happened and just now happened again. I have no idea what to do. When a caller presses 0 to leave a message in the general mailbox after hours, they get the message: "YOUR SESSION CANNOT BE CONTINUED". Has anyone out there heard of this?
 
Sounds like corruption

Try in order:
Reboot
Upgrade software to latest
Reinstall programming
