Call Pilot 100 3.1 installed on a CICS 7.0, you get a "No Resource" display when dialing any Call Pilot Feature code (981, 983, 985,etc). All lights on the Call Pilot are normal (green),going into Mtn on the CICS, shows STK1, idle condition. A reboot of the Call Pilot resolved the issue temporarily, the customer has called back and said the problem has returned???

Had the same problem, would power down and would work a few times then no resources had to replace unit. Changed power supply, different ports off of the CICS same thing.
