would like to know on cp 100 w/2.0 is it possibe to have 20 agents and have all 20 logged on at the same time.if yes
can you direct me to that part on cp cd so ican install it.

You may have 20 agents, but ONLY 10 logged in at one time.
Look at full call center on CP150.

will full cc alow me to log in more than 10 agents at one time?

150 with call centerpro starts at 20 logged in agents and is expandable to 80

ONLY 21 WEEKS TILL SKI SEASON STARTS

Uh..... not that I am aware of.

The Call Center Basic is the same whether or not it is installed on the 100 or the 150.
10 agents logged in at any given time
20 configured.

The Call Center Basic cannot be upgraded to the Call Center Professional. That is only available on the BCM system.
