Can the generic factory voice prompts on the Call Pilot be changed so a customer can make there own? I know most of the pc based voicemail systems you can,but what about Call Pilot?
 
Nortel Nancy is a beloved Nortel Voice. Why would you want to change such a beautiful voice?
 
Yea Nortel Nancy has a beautiful voice but is ugly as sin! Anyways the desire of the customer is they want to change the prompts so they can have certain features first instead of having to wait till the generic prompts get to the listing. For instance when the customer is going through voicemail admin it takes a while for it to prompt through the various features if the customer could make there own custom prompts (like pc based voicemail) they could get rid of the features they hardly use and have the features they use a lot come up first. It makes it easier for them.
 
Not sure I follow. If you mean the canned AA, then yes if you do your own AA you can put the option in any order you want. In the 2.0 CP you can also custom record the way the system says numbers. Not sure how useful that is, but it's available.
