Call Pilot 100-150 Holiday schedule question

I have programmed holiday schedule for Call Pilot Auto-Attendant and am concerned that when rescheduling for new year the holidays that were put in as recurring are not showing. Is there a way to see these holidays or is my system losing them? If it is a system problem what is the fix. Thanks

Go into the CP using your PC and the GUI interface, choose Auto Attendant, Holiday greeting and look and see what shows there.

That's what I am doing and the holiday schedule is gone. From the documentation I read that the schedule should still be there.
