Call Pilot 100 1.5

I need to reinizialize the call pilot to work with a phone system that has 3 digit ext, the voice mail was connected to a two digit system previously, does some one know how to change the DN lenght, I try to power down- up then F 983 266344, but if gives me invalid password.
Please help.

you need to reinstall the V.M. system.

you need to go into programming (f983 password)
press 1 and the reinstall password this will put it back to default so you can start from scratch
