Hi,

I'm currently having a problem with our Call Pilot where a a customer might leave a message for someone at 10am and the Call Pilot prompt says it has been left at 11am.

The times on the phone system and Call Pilot server are correct. The time is set to display in the "Server Timezone" and all time zones are set to GMT.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Darr3n

Do you have the Daylight Savings time patch loaded from Nortel?

Hi guys,

Thanks for your advice, I'm not 100% sure if the patch is installed, is there some way I can confirm this on the system? Plus where would I get the patch from....our vendor support?

Thanks,

Darr3n

Go to your vendor. They should have been more proactive than that.

Darr3n...to look at patches install go to your start ,programs, callpilot, and look peps, show.

no problems only solutions

If you can't get the patch right away, just set the time on your server to the correct time, and re-run the configuration wizard and it will resynch the time after the system restart.

You can't just restart the server. This will hold you until you get the patch installed. It is readily available on the MPL site.
