Call Pilot 1.07 Revert DN

I have a Call Pilot 1.07 that does not send calls to the revert DN when the caller presses 0 while listening to the greeting. After a few seconds the call times out and they get a recording that this service is not available.

I also get the following event codes which I was not able to look up at this time:
58006 Telephony GAM
55703*
55201

I have checked all of the programming and restriction lists and can't find anything else to set or change. Anyone ever have this problem?
