Call Pilot 1.07 Help

I am trying to access Call Pilot 1.07. I have call pilot administration client on my laptop. I can call up the call pilot and search for users. When trying to change a user or load application builder I get message that reverse rpc connection is not available and error out. Has any one seen this before? Is there a fix?
