Call Pilor Reporting Problem

Just installed Call Pilot Reporting on a server, when we try to login to the reporter we get the following error:

Could not create Config Wizard object. Login Failed. [ -2147221005 ]

Any ideas, fixes etc

Was there any other version of java already installed on the server before you installed the Reporter software? If so, that could be the problem.
