I have created my call Pick for three phones.
Pickup button is set to Button 3 Rnp
Added my CLS PUA
Rpng=35

Will not pickup or show incomming calls

Can't see anything you've missed

RNPG xx
CLS = PUA
Key xx RNP

that's it. You can allow CO priority in LD15 but you've programmed your pickup . The only thing I would look at is what type of calls are you trying to pickup. If they're ACD, that won't work etc

try picking up handset off reciever and then hit pu key

I have tried to lift hand set and pickup call.. This does work. However the client would like to have a visual on her phone.

Thanks

If you know your SPRE, then when placing the test call to one of the phones in the pickup group, lift the handset of another one of the phones, depress the line key enter the SPRE code followed by "3" and see if you get the call.

If they are looking for a visual before picking up put a display key (dsp)on there and have them hit display then call pickup to show before they accept the call. I there is still confusion post tnb of the 3 sets and we can see what is going on.

I have the ability to pickup the call, But user would like a visual on the phone.

I missed th boat on this one...thought you could not pick up the call at all.

me too i need to find a new career
