call pickup softkey

Hi all,

Is there anyway to get the call pickup softkey to display when the phone is "on hook" using CCM 3.3? The problem is, at the moment you have to be in "off hook" call state to pickup a call in your call group... Or maybe someone knows a shortcut - for example i know in antoher PABX system i used you could press 3,3 to pick up the call? Please advise.

I have no CM 3.3 experience, but on CM 4, you would create a new softkey template, where you define the softkey buttons that are available On Hook, On Hold, Off Hook, etc. Then assign the template to the phones and voila!
