Call Pickup problem

Hi, We are using CM 8.1 with all SIP phones user. We made few Pickup group, these were working fine now the users are facing random call pickup issue, after dialing feature code of call pickup they get busy tone. I traced the extension and below is the capture of extension trying to pickup the call using *8

Please ignore this post. Some extensions were not included in the pickup group.
