Call pickup group has 10 exts , 3 of them are ringing 1 with an internal call and 2 externals.

Is it documented anywhere as to what call gets selected when someone presses a pickup button ?

eg is it always the longest ringing first , or longest external first , or longest internal first ?

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

I was Informed by a Mitel trainer that it was always the longest ringing call that would be answered first. Never managed to test it though.

I always thought if more than 1 member in the pickup group was ringing, it picked up in the order the members are programmed in the group.
