Call Pickup on MICS 7.1

I recently upgraded a MICS to 7.1 software from 5.0. The problem I have is that a person can not dial a pickup code to grab a call from another phone now. The system has a PRI and all the target lines are private to the dn's. This is the way it was setup on 5.0 and it worked before. The phones are programmed to be in the same pickup group and it still does not work, through group pickup or directed pickup. Any suggestions?

Try changing one of the target lines from private to public, it wont matter if it is public because target lines arnt used for outgoing calls, I bet private in 7.1 realy means private, so others cant pick up the line.
