Call pickup group + busy Line, how to configure

Hi all,
We have this situation @ a customer's :
- several DN are members of a Call Pickup group
- a member of the group receives a call and answers it (it's not "presented" to other members)
- while this member is online, a second + a third call are ringing on his/her line, and these are not presented nor announced to other members of the call pickup group

my questions are :
1) is this a normal behaviour when Busy line trigger is set @ 2 calls ? @ 1 call ?
2) how can I configure the group, or another feature if needed, so that subsequent calls that arrive on a busy line (member of a CPG) are presented to other members ?

With 2 / 1 busy trigger and second incoming call will hit busy.
Only a ringing call will appear to a pickup group. There is a timer setting on the pickup group as how long to wait before the Call Pickup notification appears, however, you can pick the call up before this.

To get the calls to go to a group of others, then you would need to set the forward busy option and you are probably looking at a hunt pilot, hunt list and line group configutation.
