Call Pickup & Station Speed Dialing - CCIS 1

if anyone can tell me



1. Call Pick up Group will work through CCIS link?

there are 2 systems 2000IPS connected through CCIS link, they want to have group between two systems.



2. Speed Calling systems - Data is stored in Site A, and Site B has to aceess the same data which is in Site A.



plz somebody can help me?

#1, No. In order for call pick up to work the phones/extensions must be programmed in the same CPU.

#2, No. Users can only access SYS SPD on their local CPU not the CPU across the CCIS link. You could always duplicate the SPD entries in site B's CPU.
