Call Pickup & Alpha Tagging 1

I have exhausted all options I can think of to try to acheieve this with no luck would anyone else have any ideas or tried this before?

Scenario: Incoming call to a ring group which has a name set via telephone directory the users must answer the call depending on what is shown in their display (The ring group name) as they answer calls for different companies this works fine but if another user performs a call pickup (Who is not a member of the group) the ring group name is not displayed on that users phone just the inbound ANI/CLI.

This is on MCD 4.2 and all the phones are 5330.

Program a non-ringing keyline appearance on the phone(s) performing the pickup where the Keyline is a member of the ring group?
