Call pick-up of external call

Hi,
I can't pick-up (from another extension) an external call which is ringning on a digital phone (the route's answering position). Is this normal or am I missing something?

How do you try it? With servicecode for group-call-pick-up. Or do you press 6 (in our market), after you dialling the ringing extension?

I press 8 (like 6 in your market) after dialing the ringing extension.

is it in the pick up group. ?

if so, take it out and put it back in again,
try again

if not restart GPP in LIM
