Hey Guys,

The problem I am having is getting call pickup to work on one station. All the other stations are working just fine. they all have the same COS and same COR. I am add a loss, FYI I am a nortel guy, the definity feels familuar but with a twist.

are they in the same pickup group? try "lis pick" from asa. or try "lis groups xxxx", where xxxx is an extension that works. then change the pickup group and add the one that doesn't work.

Thanks so much, that is what I was missing. I have taken over this position from someone who kept no records. With 40 different pick groups I couldnt figure out what group they where in. Also thanks for the rapid reply.

This is a command that will help you a lot in the future on these. It tells you what the stations are assigned to.

"list usa extensio xxxx" It shows what call pickup group the stations are (or are not) in. As well as every button assignments, and points of coverage.

When is the last time you helped someone, just because you were able to?
