Call Pick up group

I need to create a call pick up group for an assistant who is monitoring the calls of 2 different users that have a primary and phantom extension. is it possible to create a group that will include both the primary and phantom and how do I assign a code for the pick up? thanks in advance

The pickup group can be put on a button, the RNPG assignment will pick up anything ringing on that phone that is Marped there. Then assign GPUA in CLS
