How to enable the Call Pick Up Alert in IP Office 11.0.4 SE?

Do you mean pick up a call using call pickup.

Press feature...pickup..any. Or. Enter extension number

Or General pickup *30

Or create your own pickup members group..

there's no visual alert on the phone, when one of the members of pickup group is being called.

If you're not in the group and its not collective, then no. If you want indication, add a group button and also use it to answer the longest waiting call.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

@sizbut - so I will create another hunt group and add the hunt group I created in the button assignment? I have already a pickup group created.

There is no alerting on a user extension for calls that can be picked up.

If it's a group call you can use a Group button to get visual indication of calls waiting on that group and answer with that button.
Otherwise I guess you could use coverage or user buttons.

Why would you want another group if you're adding a group button for the first group!
