Call Party Name Doesn't Show

The name doesn't show when someone is calling me internally unless I pick-up the phone. I need to know which CLS I have to assign so name will display when the phone starts ringing. I have an Option 11c. Thanks in advance.

Try CLS CNDA (Call Party Name Display Allowed)

If the Caller ID doesn't work until after the phone picks up its probably because you have the DDS class of service on. DDS stands for Delay Display. Try changing it to ADD.

ADD is correct for key 0. If you also want name display before you pick up on the other keys, Set CLS to TDD. I think you have to have at least Rls 24. You could also program a key as Display - DSP. if you press display and then the key you will get the caller info.
