Nortel option 11 with digital set emulating Dialogic dmg1008dniw with MS unified messaging as the end point.

Scenario: caller 617-880-0000 calls 646-572-8989. this is the first port (2616)of the Dialogic. The Dialogic receives the calling info (617-880-000) only. It should receive the called number 8989 as well, but it does not.

Testing: caller 617-880-000 calls a user on his 3904 at 646-572-7878. This 3904 as well as the 2616 for the dialogic are attached to the same PBX. The user says that called number 617-880-0000 is the only number on his display. His phone should have displayed
-7878
6178800000

Both the 3904 and 2616 have in the following in their CLS
CNDA DNDA DDGA NAMA.

LD 95 CPND : HUNT CFNA CFWD RESN XFRE AAA

What am I missing? Is there something in the CDB that needs to be looked at? Does Opt under AML_DATA, CDR_DATA, and FTR_DATA need to be DNI instead of DNX?????

Ironically This PBX is also integrated to a Octel 250, and integration seems to be working fine. I call a user, he does not pick up, so the call forwards on no asnwer to the Octel and his VM greeting plays. I assumed that this is possible because the Octe received the correct digits from his phone due to telephone answering. The Octel is using digital set emulation as well.

Three call types that I need to work

Direct call: should display called ext. and calling number (currently does not)

Forward on no answer: should display called ext and calling number
(currently does not)

Hunt on Busy: This works as expecte. Called ext and calling number are both displayed
Forward

That is because the call is being transferred into the Octel, you will receive the extension that was forwarded in. But on your Dialogic it is a direct call to the emulation, thus no extension number.

Thanks for the response. How do I get the TN servicing the dialogic to transfer instead of direct call? Currently the only difference between the Octel TN and the dialogic is Key 13 and 14 are blank on the Octel and on the Dialogic they are MIK and MCK.

Do you think, making the pilot number a phanthom TN to NCFW to the first port of the dialogic would pass the called digits?
