Any DN programmed as a prime line or keyline can have calls parked against it. (up to 99 each)
My typical setup -
Create DN to park against (I use a spare ONS typically)
Create Keylines for park and Park retrieve to and from DN
Operation:
Users park calls by simply pressing programmed keyline (2 digit ## displays)
Users Page for park ## to be retrieved
Users press Park Reteive Keyline and dial 2 digit ##

Occam's Razor - All things being equal, the simplest solution is the right one.
