Call Park

I have a option 61 and I am trying to get call park to work on 2 phones.
I have 2 phones with key0 as mcr 5777. both phones are programed with a park key. the trouble I am having is that when I park a call and I get the number it is parked on I cant go to the 2nd phone and pick it up when I hit the park key and dial the code..Any suggestions...I haven't replaced the phone yet.

You don't hit the park key to pick it up you just dial it like any ext, use the dn key.

CPAC *1 retrieval code - *1+DN

I have tried it both ways and still can not pick up a call from other phone...just the phone it was parked on.

Are you sure your using CallPark? when you hit callpark it tells you the number it parked the call on and then you dial that number from any phone on the system. Remenber just because a phone has a button labeled Call Park on it, that doesn't mean that is what is really programmed there.

sounds more like it's a transfer ot a conference button.

What happens when you dial the park number?

when I dial the park number it will not pick up. I can only pick it up on the phone it was parked from.
