Quick one!! How do you park a call and how do you retrieve a parked call?

from a normal extension? put the call on hold, and retrieve by dialing #9 and the extension that its holding on.

from the console, xfer to the park zone, and pick up the same way.

That's a hold, not a park. To park at a non-operator extension, say ext 123, the user at extension 123 presses: Transfer - 123 - Transfer, then the call is "parked" at 123, pickup with #9 123, or a "Pickup" button then 123.
