Hi,
I have a customer who has 6 lines, each line is to be represented under each softkey. When a call is received, they want to place it on park, which would then be represented on every other hand set as well, and then be able to pick the call up from any handset using the relevant line key. They do not want to use the Call Park feature (74) where it is assigned a park queue....apparently they need visual indication.

they want to use I2002 but i have said you can only have the 4 programmable buttons on that and to go with the I2004.

Any ideas as to how to set this up but to use I2002?

many thanks

You can use SWCA but on an i2002 you will have at least 1 intercom key which will only leave you with 3 keys for lines. We have a customer with a BCM50 that has 12 SWCA keys on all phones. There is 1 problem that you cannot use F986 when you have it programmed as Invoke by hold on the BCM50. We tested it on our BCM1000 and it worked fine.

Thanks DigitalID, so would you recommend I2004 phones for this job then?

On the i2004 you will still be short 1 button. You have 6 buttons and intercom will take one. You can use the SWCA feature without buttons.
