The system is a CS1000E RLS 6.0, with a Console at SMG site. The SMG is connected to main offic through virtual trunks.

The call park feature is good for regular phones. But to console it is a different story. If the receptionist presses "PRK" key, the call will be released.

I tried to change CDB from CPN to CPA with no luck.

Could any one help? Great thanks.

Thanks Gene.

We just tried both situation (with and without "Shift"), and both didn't work. As long as the reception pressed "Park" key, the call was disconnected. I couldn't park a call to / from the console either.

Here is my LD 50:
REQ prt
TYPE cpk
CUST 0
BLOC 1

CPTM 120
RECA NO
SPDN 50 1800
MURT NONE

By the way, call park is working on my IP phones. I can either used the default or choose any extension from 1800 to 1849.

Maybe it is worth "bumping" the software a little. Maybe try moving the PRK Key - Maybe KEY 02, above the Barge In key. Sometimes a rewrite of the phone data is enough to get it back on track.

Just tried two things, but with no luck.

1. Changed PRK from key 5 to key 2. Same result.

2. Made a call from a digital phone (at the same SMG) to the console (same SMG). When the console pressed "PRK" key, the call was disconnected.

I will talk to our vendor once I have a chance.

Thanks Gene, and all readers.
