Call Park TIMER needs adjusting

Hi,
My CS1000 does have call park working , but I am unable to change the timers which I believe are associated with each route. When I print the route I do not see the DCTI prompt, but if in LD 50 I print the CPK for BLOC 1 I see the timers.
I assume I need to associate the route with the BLOC 1 timers. If this is the case how do I set the DCTI on the RDB, is this a gateopener command needed ?
