Call Park not activated - but have call park DNs

Ok, here's a weird one. I have call park DNs built as 8750 through 8759, which I want to change or remove.

The problem comes when I try to change, out, or add them in LD 50, I get an error SCH3207: Call Park not activated for the customer.

How can I have CPK DNs built without CPK being activated on the system?!?
