Call park joins two park zones

Good afternoon

I have a SV9100 and we use the transfer button and a DSS/Onetouch key with additional data of #6* to park calls so the client does not have to choose a zone. This is working fine except from time to time the client will have a caller parked and then park another call and it joins the two parked callers together in a unsupervised conference call. I am trying to figure out what they are doing to make this happen. Any ideas or thoughts greatly appreciated

Possibly the transfer first is causing it to do an unsupervised conference. Try disabling unsupervised conference in class of service.
