Call Park - IX Workplace 3

Anyone have any insight on this feature?
When trying to park a call via IX Workplace - Desktop, the "Park" option is grayed out.
 
Avaya R11 docs state that Park is supported using short codes. However, I have only been able to retrieve a parked call in this way. I've not been able to place an IX call to a park zone. Anyone have insight into this?
 
While on a call, type the park short code into the box where you normally type the number to be called. Press Enter and the call will be parked.

You can't Transfer to the short code, and Park is greyed out in the menus.
 
Create Personal Contacts with a short code to park these calls also a different contact to unpark the call.
When on a call you can select the Park Contact ring it and it will Park the call. On IX Workplace there is no indication that there is a call parked though.
