This came up on my last install, and I searched, and I searched again today, but I can't find an answer. Here's the setup: IPO500V2 using 9500 sets, one system with 28 sets and SIP trunk incoming, one system with 26 sets and POTS lines incoming. Two separate locations, not related or connected, just the same problem. I program Call Park buttons on the phoone; Call Park 1, Call Park, 2, etc. Parking works fine, but retrieving the call takes an extra button press that wasn't there in 9.0. Is there a work-around for this, or just training the users to hit the button twice? Anyone else having this issue?
Thanks in Advance,
DT

In your NoUser source numebr tab put:

TUI:NO_SINGLE_PARK_INSPECT

On 9.1.7 they decided to change this from an option you could change, using the DSS status checkbox, to instead "uniform" 2 button presses. There was a rather long discusion on this forum about it:

Since you have 9500 phones you should be able to use the following no user source number:
TUI:NO_SINGLE_PARK_INSPECT

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

Thanks, DaIPOTek! Worked like a charm. Star for today! I know I'm not the best on these systems, and most of what I learned outside of the first class has been trial by fire, and from the great help here.
Once again, many thanks!
