I have a small office with a receptionist. She has all the lines on her phone so when she answers we want to be able to park a call and pick it up anywhere in the office. Problem - when we attempt to park the call it reads access denied but the phone is programmed for call park. Any suggestions?

You need to check the park code, it's probably set to None.

Telephony>Dialing Plan>General>Access Codes

can I change the park access codes through the telephone?

Yes you can...by following these steps:
Not sure if your familiar with Norstar programming, but if your not, it would be a good idea to call a vendor...

***the following is default, yours might have been changed***
Feature **266344
then enter setnna (738662)
password is config (266344)

***at the moment the following is from my memory***
Then basically hit "next" until system programming...hit show...then hit next until access codes...hit show...then hit next until you see Park code.

Now technically you can choose a number between 1 and 9, but 9 might be taken by your access code to dial out of the system and you can't choose a number that's the first digit of your extension and so on. Just keep trying one after the other until a digit works.

Hope that helps
