Call Park Denied in Admin on CICS?

I'm running a CICS with SIP 4.2 software and 7310 phones. When I try to put a call on Park (F74)the display will show "Denied in admin". Any suggestions? Thanks.

Do you have a park prefix configured? I believe it's located under Access Codes (can't remember the exact path right off the top of my head though).
