Call Park Delay Problem

New install of CCM 4.1

External caller calls in, agent answers, agent parks the call, the destination dials the call park extension, but after dialing the extension the call doesnt connect for up to 15 seconds.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

It appears that the problem was that my call park extension 59, was overlapping with an extension called 5990. Took it out - problem solved.
