I have a ipo 500v2 9.1.6
The client uses call park and page to park the call and gets the 3 digit retrieval number EG 101.
its a busy office and for some reason the cant always retrieve it .
when dialling 101 the call display says busy.
How many park slots is there available .
How may routes is there to the park slot to retrieve the call. cant understand why I get busy.
How to I look for this in Monitor.,what settings do I use to trace it
