Call or message notification

Hi There. I have a customer who would like to be able to just receive some kind of notification on his cell phone to inform him of a call or message coming in on his landline.
He does not want call forwarding of the call to his cell. Just a beep or message (whatever I can give him) on his cell phone. We run on a Meridian 51c.
